1) Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
2) Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
- Include your order confirmation or receipt.
- Non-returnable: Custom/Personalized Items.
3) How to Start a Return
- Email cursedthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item within 7 days of approval.
Unsolicited returns without authorization aren’t accepted.
4) Who Pays Return Shipping?
- Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind (buyer’s remorse).
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
5) Refunds
- Refunds go to your Original Payment Method.
- After your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post it.
6) Exchanges
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7) Damaged/Incorrect Items
- Email cursedthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos to speed things up.
