Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.

  • Handling time:

    • United States: 0–1 business day

    • International: 0–5 business days

2. Delivery Times

  • United States (Free Shipping): 2–5 business days transit time (USPS, occasionally FedEx).

  • International (Free Shipping): 5–15 business days transit time (delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance).

3. Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free standard shipping.

  • International: Free standard shipping to most destinations.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

4. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Most U.S. orders ship within 1 business day; most international orders ship within 5 business days.

5.Production and Fulfillment

  • Cursed Threads works with third-party production and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and destination, your order may ship from one of our fulfillment partner locations.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
