Welcome to Cursed Threads. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cursedthreads.com and any purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to place an order through our website.

By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect product or pricing information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, payment failure, inventory or production availability, or incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and product offerings may change from time to time.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available during checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar government charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Cursed Threads currently offers free standard shipping within the United States and internationally.

For orders shipped within the United States, handling typically takes 0–1 business day, followed by approximately 2–5 business days in transit.

For international orders, handling typically takes 0–5 business days, followed by approximately 5–15 business days in transit.

Tracking information will be provided by email after an order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen events.

5. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact sales@cursedthreads.com as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers must contact us before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including returns based on preference, sizing, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can evaluate the issue. When appropriate, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible item in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Once the return has been processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@cursedthreads.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue whenever possible.

Once we review the issue, we will provide appropriate instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

8. Production and Fulfillment

Cursed Threads works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products.

Depending on the product, destination, and available production capacity, an order may be produced and dispatched from one of our fulfillment partner’s facilities.

This allows us to serve customers in multiple locations while reducing unnecessary shipping distances and delivery times.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

When you place an order or otherwise interact with our store, we may collect information necessary to process and fulfill your order, process payment, arrange delivery, provide customer service, operate and improve our website, communicate with you where permitted, and meet applicable legal requirements.

Our store operates using WooCommerce and WordPress and may use third-party service providers necessary to operate the store.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content created by or for Cursed Threads—including website text, original graphics, layout, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Cursed Threads and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as transferring ownership of third-party intellectual property to Cursed Threads.
