1. How long does shipping take?

United States: Most orders ship within 0–1 business day and arrive in 2–5 business days.

International: Most orders ship within 0–5 business days and arrive in 5–15 business days, depending on customs.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping is free.
Please note: customs, duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at cursedthreads@gmail.com with your updated address.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: custom/personalized products.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at cursedthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund your item.
