Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Cursed Threads. If you’re not satisfied, our return process is straightforward.

1) Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Include your order confirmation or receipt.
  • Non-returnable: Custom/Personalized Items.

3) How to Start a Return

  1. Email cursedthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
  3. Once approved, ship the item within 7 days of approval.

Unsolicited returns without authorization aren’t accepted.

4) Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind (buyer’s remorse).
  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

5) Refunds

  • Refunds go to your Original Payment Method.
  • After your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post it.

6) Exchanges

  • Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
